In connection with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union from April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive), hereinafter GDPR, please read the following information.

We have a legitimate interest in collecting data for statistics and analysis on the effectiveness of direct contact between the customer or stakeholder and our company via the website – it is necessary for the company as your possible counterparty to adapt to the needs of our customers and act in a way that meets the market requirements as per the Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
(3) Storage Period of Personal Data
The Facility Data Controller will keep your personal data for a period of 1 year. If you have given additional consent to process your data for marketing purposes, we will keep your data for a period of 10 years from the time it was collected.
(4) Data Recipients
The Data Controller will not transfer your data to other entities except to transfer the personal data between the service providers through which we perform certain data processing. Such entities process data on the basis of a relevant agreement with the Data Controller and in accordance with their instructions.

d) the right to request erasure of your personal data,

g) the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable computer format. You may send this data to another data controller or request that we send your data to another controller. However, we will only do this if such a transfer is technically possible. You have the right to data portability only in reference to the data that we process based on your consent or contract.

(6) The Right to Withdraw Consent
To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
